Do you want to return an order? On this page, you can find everything about Cup of Cookies' return policy, the return period, and the conditions for returning products.

Return Period

You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.

Returning an Order

Do you want to return a product? First, send an email to ellen@cupofcookies.nl with your order number and the reason for the return. You will then receive further instructions for returning your order.

Cost of Returns

No restocking fees will be charged for returning an order.

Exceptions to Returns

Custom products made especially for you cannot be returned.

Refund after Return

Upon receipt of the returned item, the amount will be refunded within one week.
