Ingredients: Sugar, WHEAT flour, Glucose syrup (dried), Waxy MAIZE starch, Pregelatinized WHEAT flour, Raising agent: E450i, Emulsifier: E475, E433, WHEAT starch, Raising agent: E500, Baker's salt, Vegetable oil (rapeseed), Thickener: E415, Flavoring.

How to make the cupcakes
(For approx. 28 cupcakes with 500g mix)
- 500 grams Bake Delicious cupcake mix
- 250 grams soft unsalted butter or vegetable butter
- 250 grams egg (approximately 5 eggs)
Preheat the oven to 140 degrees Celsius. Cream the soft butter for 4 minutes. Add the cupcake mix and then the eggs. First, mix on low speed, then beat the batter for 5 minutes on high speed until smooth. Fill the molds two-thirds full (approximately 25 to 35 grams per cupcake). Bake the cupcakes for 24 to 26 minutes at 140 degrees Celsius. In a convection oven, bake at 135 degrees Celsius.
Ellen's Tip
Since the mix is cow's milk-free and lactose-free, you can easily make a dairy-free version by using vegetable butter. If you prefer to bake completely vegan cupcakes, take a look at the vegan cake mix. I personally love using it for completely egg and dairy-free cupcakes that still taste delicious.
