Shipping Costs Netherlands
Shipping costs for orders within the Netherlands are as follows:
- Letterbox package: €4.95
- Parcel post: €7.25
- Free shipping for orders over €75
Shipping Costs European Union
For shipping within the European Union, shipping costs are €12.95.
International Shipping Costs
For international orders outside the European Union, shipping costs are €19.95.
Delivery of your order
Delivery time depends on the destination country and the carrier. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with further information.
Return Period
You can return your order within 14 days of receipt.
Returning an Order
Would you like to return a product? Please first send an email to ellen@cupofcookies.nl with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive further instructions for returning your order.
Cost of Returns
No restocking fees are charged for returning an order.
Exceptions to Returns
Custom products made specifically for you cannot be returned.
Refund after Return
After receipt of the return, the amount will be refunded within one week.
