Hoe gebruik je rode rolfondant op koekjes?

Laat de fondant op kamertemperatuur komen en kneed hem stevig door tot hij soepel is. Rol uit op een dun laagje poedersuiker tot 2 à 3 mm en draai de lap af en toe een kwartslag tegen het plakken. Steek je vorm uit met dezelfde uitsteker als je koekje en plak de fondant erop met een dun laagje royal icing of wat eetbare lijm.

  • Stempelen? Doe dat meteen na het uitsteken, zolang de fondant nog zacht is.
  • Scheurtjes aan de randen? Even opnieuw kneden tot de randen glad blijven.
  • Rood op rood werkt mooi: combineer uitgestoken hartjes in deze kleur met een lichtere fondant- of royal icing-basis.
  • Goed verpakt, koel en donker bewaren (15-20 °C).
