Zwart fondant zelf mengen is bijna onbegonnen werk: je blijft kleurstof toevoegen en het wordt hooguit donkergrijs. Deze Raven Black is meteen diepzwart, op basis van plantaardige kool (E153). Perfect voor Halloween-koekjes met spinnen en vleermuizen, maar ook voor strakke zwart-witte designs.

Zwart werkt het mooist in kleine accenten: oogjes, hoedjes, lettertjes of een silhouet op een licht koekje. Werk hem als laatste, na je lichte kleuren, en maak je werkblad daarna even schoon, donkere fondant kan wat afgeven. Smaakt gewoon naar vanille, ook al ziet hij er stoer uit.

Hoe werk je met zwarte fondant?

Kneed soepel, rol dun uit op poedersuiker en steek je vormen uit. Zwarte fondant kan wat afgeven: werk hem als laatste, na je lichte kleuren, en maak je werkblad daarna even schoon.

  • Zwart komt het mooist uit als accent op een licht koekje: oogjes, silhouetten, letters.
  • Voor grijs kneed je een beetje Raven Black door witte fondant.
  • Goed verpakt, koel en donker bewaren (15-20 °C).
  • Inhoud: 250 g
