Macarons maken heeft de naam lastig te zijn, maar met deze glutenvrije macaronmix van Funcakes valt dat reuze mee: mix met eiwit, spuit rondjes, laat rusten en bak. Uit één pak haal je 20 tot 24 macarons met een zachte amandelsmaak.

Kleur het beslag met een beetje gel-kleurstof of dust en je maakt macarons in elke kleur die je wilt, mooi passend bij je koekjesplateau of sweet table. De mix komt uit een glutenvrije faciliteit (minder dan 20 ppm gluten), dus ook geschikt bij coeliakie. Vul ze met botercrème, ganache of lemon curd.

Hoe maak je glutenvrije macarons?

Meng de 300 g mix met 70 g eiwit en eventueel een beetje kleurstof. Mix minimaal 5 minuten op hoge snelheid, vul een spuitzak en spuit rondjes op een macaronmat. Laat de macarons 2 uur rusten en bak ze daarna 15 minuten op 140 °C (hetelucht 130 °C).

  • Sla het rusten niet over: dat zorgt voor de typische macaron-voetjes.
  • Kleur het beslag met gel-kleurstof of dust voor macarons in elke gewenste kleur.
  • Vul ze met botercrème, ganache of lemon curd.
  • Droog en op kamertemperatuur bewaren, weg van warmtebronnen.
  • Inhoud: 300 g
  • Zelf toevoegen: 70 g eiwit (en eventueel kleurstof)
  • Goed voor 20-24 macarons met amandelsmaak
  • Rusttijd 2 uur, baktijd 15 minuten op 140 °C (hetelucht 130 °C)
  • Geproduceerd in een glutenvrije faciliteit: minder dan 20 ppm gluten
  • Halal-gecertificeerd
  • Bewaaradvies: droog en op kamertemperatuur, weg van warmtebronnen

Ingrediënten: suiker, zetmeel (rijst), amandelmeel, zetmeel (maïs), eiwitpoeder, rijst proteïne, kleurstof: E170, aroma, zuurteregelaar: E575.

Bevat: amandel (noten) en ei. Kan sporen bevatten van: soja en melk.
