Laat het sneeuwen op je kerst- en winterkoekjes! In deze mix van Funcakes zitten mini sneeuwvlokjes in wit, blauw en paars. Strooi ze over de natte royal icing voor een dwarrelend effect, of leg er met een pincet een paar precies op hun plek, bijvoorbeeld rondom een sneeuwpop-koekje.

Mooi om te combineren met een donkere basis: op een koekje met Midnight Blue fondant lijken de vlokjes echt door de nacht te dwarrelen. En fijn om te weten: deze mix is vegan én halal-gecertificeerd, dus iedereen strooit gewoon mee.

Hoe gebruik je sneeuwvlokjes sprinkles op koekjes?

Strooi de vlokjes over je royal icing of botercrème zolang die nog nat is, dan plakken ze vanzelf vast. Niet aandrukken, anders zakken ze weg. Voor een dwarrelend effect strooi je van iets hoger en laat je het toeval zijn werk doen.

  • Eén vlokje precies op zijn plek? Gebruik een pincet.
  • Op een gedroogd koekje plak je een vlokje met een dotje icing of eetbare lijm.
  • Donker bewaren, 15-22 °C.
  • Inhoud: 50 g (strooipotje)
