Hoe gebruik je zachte suikerparels op koekjes?

Strooi de parels over de nog natte royal icing of botercrème, dan plakken ze vanzelf vast. Druk ze niet aan: dan zakken ze te ver weg en zie je de mooie maatverschillen niet meer.

  • Voor precies werk: leg losse parels met een pincet en een klein dotje royal icing in een boogje langs de rand van je koekje.
  • Wissel groot en klein af, dat geeft het mooiste effect.
  • Donker en droog bewaren (15-20 °C).
  • Inhoud: 80 g
  • Zachte suikerparels in verschillende maten, met subtiele glans en zachte bite
