Hagelslag, maar dan in zachte pastelkleuren: met deze sugar strands van Funcakes maak je je koekjes in één strooibeweging lenteklaar. Strooi ze over de natte royal icing, langs de rand van een koekje of over een toef botercrème op je cupcake.

Mooi voor Pasen, lentekoekjes of een babyshower, bijvoorbeeld als vrolijke traktatie naast de standaard beschuit met muisjes. En omdat deze hagels vegan én halal-gecertificeerd zijn, kan echt iedereen meesnoepen.

Hoe gebruik je sugar strands op koekjes?

Strooi de hagels over je royal icing of botercrème zolang die nog nat is, dan plakken ze vanzelf vast. Niet aandrukken. Wil je alleen een randje? Dip de rand van je koekje in een schaaltje met de strands zolang de icing nat is.

  • Combineer met andere sprinkles voor een subtiele pastelmix.
  • Ook vrolijk over cupcakes, taartranden of een paasontbijt.
  • Koel en droog bewaren.
