Een plantaardig alternatief voor gezoete gecondenseerde melk, gemaakt op basis van kokos. Je gebruikt het precies zoals gewone gecondenseerde melk, dus 1-op-1 in recepten voor fudge, karamel, cheesecake, ijs of gewoon een schepje door je koffie.

Handig als je zuivelvrij, lactosevrij of vegan bakt, maar je kunt het natuurlijk ook gewoon gebruiken voor de lekkere zachte kokossmaak. Glutenvrij en vegan.

Ingrediënten: kokosmelk (kokoscrème, gefilterd water), rietsuiker, calciumcarbonaat, zout.

  • Schud of roer goed voor gebruik, want de kokos kan iets uitzakken.
  • Gebruik 1-op-1 in plaats van gewone gecondenseerde melk. Voor dikke fudge of karamel laat je het langer inkoken.
  • Bewaar na openen afgesloten in de koelkast en gebruik binnen een paar dagen.
  • Inhoud: 320 g
  • Vegan, lactosevrij en glutenvrij
  • 1-op-1 vervanger voor gezoete gecondenseerde melk

Ingrediënten: kokosmelk (kokoscrème, gefilterd water), rietsuiker, calciumcarbonaat, zout.
