Deze extra diepe ronde taartvorm van PME is gemaakt voor hoge, gelaagde taarten. Met 20 cm doorsnede en maar liefst 10 cm hoog bak je in één keer een flinke bodem die je in meerdere lagen kunt snijden, ideaal voor stapeltaarten.

De naadloze constructie uit geanodiseerd aluminium zorgt voor strakke rechte randen en een gelijkmatige warmteverdeling. Een fijne basis voor taarten die je daarna met fondant bekleedt. Niet geschikt voor de vaatwasser.

Hoe bak je een hoge stapeltaart-laag?

Vet de vorm in en bekleed de bodem met bakpapier. Met 10 cm hoogte bak je in één keer een flinke bodem die je in meerdere lagen snijdt, ideaal voor stapeltaarten. Vul tot tweederde en bak op een wat lagere temperatuur voor een gelijkmatig resultaat.

  • Een bakstrip om de rand helpt tegen een hoge bolling in het midden.
  • Met de hand reinigen, niet in de vaatwasser.
