Met deze Christmas Mat van Silikomart (uit de My Christmas Cookies-lijn) bak je in een keer drie verschillende designs kerstkoekjes: een kerstman, een kerstboom en een cadeautje. De siliconen mat bevat de vormen met alle details erin, dus je koekjes komen er met reliëf en al uit.

Je vult de mat met koekjesdeeg, bakt hem af en drukt de koekjes er zo uit. Werk je met gekleurd deeg of chocolade, dan komen de details extra mooi naar voren zonder dat je hoeft te decoreren. Ideaal als je snel een schaal vol kerstkoekjes wilt die er toch bijzonder uitzien.

Hoe krijg je scherpe details uit een siliconen koekjesmat?

Druk het deeg stevig in alle hoekjes van de vorm en strijk de achterkant glad af. Koel de gevulde mat eerst even in de koelkast, dan houden de details hun vorm tijdens het bakken.

Laat de koekjes na het bakken in de mat afkoelen voordat je ze eruit drukt. Met chocolade werkt het net zo: gieten, laten uitharden en voorzichtig lospellen.
