Met deze roze My Easter Cookies mat van Silikomart (uit de Let's Celebrate-lijn) bak je in een keer 9 paaskoekjes met het design er al in. Denk aan paasdiertjes en eitjes: de details zitten in de siliconen vorm, dus je koekjes komen er met reliëf en al uit.

Je vult de vormpjes met koekjesdeeg, bakt de mat af en drukt de koekjes er zo uit. Met gekleurd deeg of chocolade komen de designs extra mooi naar voren zonder dat je hoeft te decoreren. De mat kan tegen temperaturen van -60 tot +230 graden, dus ook de vriezer is geen probleem.

Hoe bak je koekjes in een siliconen designmat?

Druk het deeg goed in alle hoekjes van de vormpjes en strijk de achterkant glad af. Koel de gevulde mat eerst even, dan houden de details hun vorm in de oven.

Laat de koekjes in de mat afkoelen voordat je ze eruit drukt. Zo breken de details niet af en blijft het design strak.
