Een paasmandje vol eieren dat de kinderen zelf mogen inkleuren: dit PYO-ontwerp is gemaakt voor het paasweekend. Paint Your Own stencils zijn hét excuus om eindelijk met je eten te mogen spelen. Jij schraapt het mandje in royal icing op je koekje, laat het goed uitharden, en op eerste paasdag zet je koekjes, kwastjes en eetbare verf klaar. Terwijl zij elk eitje een eigen kleur geven, eet jij rustig je paasbrunch.

Elk ei in het mandje mag anders: stipjes, streepjes, pastel of juist fel. Combineer met de Happy Easter stencil en het konijnenkontje voor een compleet paas-verfplateau. PYO-koekjes zijn niet voor niets zo populair als traktatie: het is iets lekkers en iets om te doen tegelijk. De stencil is 14 x 14 cm en past in standaard stencilhouders. Wat is een leuke paasactiviteit met koekjes?

Stencil het paasmandje van tevoren op de koekjes en laat ze goed drogen. Op eerste paasdag zet je koekjes, kwastjes en eetbare verf klaar en mogen de kids hun eigen mandje inkleuren, terwijl jij rustig je paasbrunch opeet.

Zo gebruik je de stencil:

  1. Voorzie je koekje van een egale laag royal icing en laat die minimaal een nacht uitharden.
  2. Leg de stencil plat op het koekje, het liefst in een stencilhouder.
  3. Breng een dun laagje icing aan met een spatel.
  4. Schraap het overtollige icing in een vloeiende beweging weg.
  5. Til de stencil recht omhoog voor een strak resultaat.
  • Combineer met de andere paas-stencils voor een compleet verfplateau.
  • Schoonmaken: spoel de stencil af onder lauwwarm water zonder zeep en dep hem droog met een zachte doek. Niet wrijven.
