I do, herhaald in een patroon over je hele koekje: van een simpel rond koekje maak je zo in één beweging een bruiloftstraktatie. Leuk als bedankje voor de gasten, bij een verlovingsfeest of op de sweet table.

Het chicst is ton sur ton: ivoorkleurige letters op een witte ondergrond, of goud op wit. Combineer op de sweet table met hartkoekjes en de jurken van de Wedding Dress Making stencilset, dan vertelt de hele tafel hetzelfde verhaal. De stencil is 14 x 14 cm, past in standaard stencilhouders en gaat een hele bruiloftsbatch mee. Meer trouwkoekjes vind je in onze Bruiloft-collectie.

Hoe stencil je een tekst-patroon netjes?

Bij tekst vallen kleine foutjes sneller op dan bij een druk patroon. Werk daarom op een goed uitgeharde, gladde ondergrond en gebruik royal icing die niet te dun is, dan lopen de letters niet uit.

Zo gebruik je de stencil:

  1. Voorzie je koekje van een egale laag royal icing en laat die minimaal een nacht uitharden.
  2. Leg de stencil plat op het koekje, het liefst in een stencilhouder.
  3. Breng een dun laagje icing aan met een spatel.
  4. Schraap het overtollige icing in een vloeiende beweging weg.
  5. Til de stencil recht omhoog voor een strak resultaat.
  • Maak de stencil na elk koekje even schoon. Zo blijven de letters scherp, ook bij een grote batch bruiloftskoekjes.
  • Schoonmaken: spoel de stencil af onder lauwwarm water zonder zeep en dep hem droog met een zachte doek. Niet wrijven.
