Een kudde kleine rendiertjes over je hele koekje: dit patroon maakt van een simpele ronde koek in één beweging een kerstkoekje. Handig als je een grote batch moet versieren en niet elk koekje een kunstwerkje kan zijn.

Bruin op een crème ondergrond houdt het warm en klassiek, wit op rood maakt het meer Scandinavisch, net een kersttrui. Wissel op je kerstplateau koekjes met dit drukke patroon af met rustige effen koekjes, dan vallen de rendiertjes juist op. De stencil is 14 x 14 cm, past in standaard stencilhouders en is afwasbaar. Hoe combineer je kerststencils op een koekjesplateau?

Wissel koekjes met een druk patroon zoals deze rendiertjes af met rustige koekjes in één kleur. Zo krijgt je plateau balans en vallen de patronen juist meer op.

Zo gebruik je de stencil:

  1. Voorzie je koekje van een egale laag royal icing en laat die minimaal een nacht uitharden.
  2. Leg de stencil plat op het koekje, het liefst in een stencilhouder.
  3. Breng een dun laagje icing aan met een spatel.
  4. Schraap het overtollige icing in een vloeiende beweging weg.
  5. Til de stencil recht omhoog voor een strak resultaat.
  • Stencil op een volledig uitgeharde ondergrond en gebruik een stencilhouder voor strakke rendiertjes.
  • Schoonmaken: spoel de stencil af onder lauwwarm water zonder zeep en dep hem droog met een zachte doek. Niet wrijven.
