Hoe begin je met koekjes uitsteken?

Rol je koekjesdeeg uit tot ongeveer 4 à 5 mm dik op een licht met bloem bestoven werkblad. Druk de uitsteker stevig aan, haal het deeg eromheen weg en leg de koekjes op bakpapier. Met 101 vormen kun je eindeloos variëren.

  • Leg je uitgestoken koekjes nog even 10 minuten in de koelkast voor het bakken, dan houden ze hun vorm beter.
  • Plak letters en cijfers naast elkaar voor een naam of leeftijd op een traktatie.
  • Plastic uitstekers maak je schoon met warm water; daarna goed laten drogen.
