Met deze flexibele siliconen mat van Wilton druk je een strak visgraat-patroon in je uitgerolde fondant of marsepein. Snijd het patroonstuk uit, haal de overtollige fondant weg en plak het met wat eetbare lijm op je koekje of langs je taart voor een net, geweven effect.

Handig en herbruikbaar, en zo geef je een effen koekje in een paar tellen textuur. De mat is ongeveer 11,3 x 8,8 cm.

Hoe maak je een visgraat-patroon in fondant?

Rol je fondant dun uit, leg de siliconen mat erop en rol er stevig overheen. Til de mat eraf en het visgraat-patroon staat in je fondant. Snijd het stuk op maat en plak het met eetbare lijm op je koekje of langs je taart.

  • Stof de mat licht met poedersuiker voor een scherpe afdruk.
  • Werk meteen door, zolang de fondant nog soepel is.
