Ellen's Tips
Hold your piping tip perpendicular to your cupcake and turn gently while squeezing for a beautiful swirl. Want to make meringue nests? Pipe a spiral from the outside in. And a tip I always use myself: place your piping tip between damp paper towels when you take a break, so your cream doesn't dry out!
Maintenance
After use, wash your piping tip with warm water and a little dish soap. A small brush will easily remove any residue. Please note: do not put it in the dishwasher!
