Met het ronde spuitmondje #3 van Wilton spuit je strakke lijnen, contouren, stippen, kraaltjes en letters op je koekjes, cupcakes en taart. Een fijne allrounder: ideaal om met royal icing eerst je randen te trekken en daarna in te vullen.

Het metalen mondje past op standaard spuitzakken en koppelstukken. Fijn schoon te maken: het mag gewoon in de vaatwasser (bovenste rek).

Randen trekken en invullen met royal icing

Gebruik eerst een wat stijvere royal icing om met het ronde mondje de contour van je koekje te trekken. Laat de rand kort drogen en vul 'm daarna met wat lossere icing (flood). Zo houd je strakke, nette randen. Voor stippen houd je het mondje recht boven het koekje, knijp je een bolletje en til je snel op.
