Stevige wegwerp spuitzakken van Wilton, 30 cm lang en gemaakt van sterk, flexibel plastic. Ze kunnen prima tegen dikke royal icing en botercrème, dus ook als je flink knijpt scheurt er niks. Je krijgt er 12 in een handige dispenser-doos waar je ze één voor één uit trekt.

Leuk detail: je mag candy melts gewoon in de zak smelten in de magnetron. Zak vullen, smelten, puntje eraf knippen en meteen dresseren, zonder extra afwas. Verder gebruik je ze zoals je gewend bent: knip de punt op maat en werk met een spuitmondje en coupler, of zonder.

Hoe smelt je candy melts direct in een spuitzak?

Deze zakken kunnen de magnetron in, en dat scheelt een kom afwas.

  • Doe de candy melts in de zak en verwarm in korte stapjes, kneed de zak tussendoor even door.
  • Knip daarna een klein puntje af en dresseer direct uit de zak.
  • Vul je de zak met icing? Sluit de bovenkant af met een bag tie, dan droogt er niks uit.
