Met deze tweede Christmas Mat van Silikomart (uit de My Christmas Cookies-lijn) bak je in een keer drie verschillende designs kerstkoekjes: een ster, een huisje en een hart met strik. De siliconen mat bevat de vormen met alle details erin, dus je koekjes komen er met reliëf en al uit.

Je vult de mat met koekjesdeeg, bakt hem af en drukt de koekjes er zo uit. Werk je met gekleurd deeg of chocolade, dan komen de details extra mooi naar voren zonder dat je hoeft te decoreren.

Hoe maak je tweekleurige koekjes uit een designmat?

Vul eerst de fijne details van het design met een klein beetje gekleurd deeg en vul de vorm daarna verder met je basisdeeg. Zo springen de details er na het bakken echt uit.

Koel de gevulde mat even voordat hij de oven in gaat en laat de koekjes in de mat afkoelen, dan blijven de randjes strak.

Delivery of your order
